Celia K. de la Torre is a home based working mother, who started Biztant, LLC after the birth of her first daughter. For more than 15 years, she has provided human resources management consulting and administration services to private and public sector clients. Celia de la Torre’s expertise includes: administration, strategic formulation, business planning, and organization development.

Prior to establishing Biztant, LLC, Celia de la Torre worked in Administration and Human Resources Services for Law Firms in the DC area. She also worked as Operations Manager for several small businesses in the DC/VA/MD area.

Celia de la Torre holds a M. A. degree in Human Resources Management and an Organization Development Master’s certificate from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. She is also certified in Human Resources Management principles. Celia de la Torre is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, American Society for Training and Development, IVAA and is in the process to get her WMBE.
