Victoria has over 15 years experience in customer service, office support, operations management, sales/internet marketing, and project management. Victoria is a very detail-oriented person whose experience in customer service and support has provided her with the ability to identify and assess potential problems and skills to solve them quickly and efficiently. She is willing to take those steps above and beyond the project scope, to guarantee that clients are satisfied and critical deadlines are met. Victoria’s experience in operations management and internet marketing makes her the perfect selection for your administration and marketing needs. Her knowledge and experience with many different Washington DC start-ups give her the unique perspective of how to wear many different hats in order to get the job done.


Christina Carroll:
Human Resources, Administrative and Office Management Services

Christina graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She worked several years in Human Resources Management at an intellectual property Law firm in Northern Virginia. She worked with the payroll/time & attendance software, Ceridian, assisted with interviews, recruiting and selection process, benefits and compensation, employee handbooks and policies, employee relations, personnel forms and various administrative duties, etc. Afterwards, Christina started Oakleigh Lane, Inc. in 2006, to assist smaller patent firms with document creation and preparation, as well as other administrative work. She is proficient in all MS Office products.


Debbie Gonzalez:
Event Planning Services

Debbie has a B.A. in hospitality management, and a M.A. in marketing. Debbie has over 16 years of successful event planning. As an event planner, Debbie coordinates every detail of meetings, conventions and events, from the speakers and meeting location to arranging for printed materials and audio-visual equipment. Debbie has planned small events to several large-scale events. She is all about details, vision, organization and the means to pull off both large and small events without a glitch. Debbie has also excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and budget management skills.


Laurie Hurd:
Personal and Home Assistance Services

Laurie has over 10 years experience in personal assistant and home assistant services. She has a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University and is currently obtaining an M.A. in Marketing. Laurie has worked for several high level professionals who required her services because they couldn’t maintain all their responsibilities. Laurie manages all their important tasks to simply handle all the monotonous responsibilities that “crowd” their everyday life. Her services include but are not limited to personal & household, social, event planning, reservations, administrative, appointments, errands and etc. Laurie is extremely efficient, reliable and exceptionally qualified.


Gabrielle Parker:
Accounting, Administrative, Customer Service and Office Management Services

Gabrielle has a B.S. in Business Administration, and a B.A. in Finance. Gabrielle also has over 12 years experience in bookkeeping services, administrative and office management. She has worked in various capacities. She offers experience in the fields of individual and small business bookkeeping, office management, telecommunication skills, secretarial skills and executive assistance. Prior to working at Biztant, Gabrielle worked directly with chief financial officer of a small accounting firm and executive assistant to the executive director of a law firm.


Jamie Stephens:
Accounting and Administration Services

Jamie has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Jamie has over 20 years experience in finance, operations, purchasing, accounts payable (including vendor dispute resolution) management and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Jamie also conducts bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control and clerical/administrative functions. Prior to working at Biztant LLC, she worked for 12 years as a bookkeeper at a small business in Montgomery County, MD. Jamie’s duties included budget preparations; handling accounts; making bank deposits; maintaining ledgers; paying bills; preparing financial statements and reports; receipt money; reconciling bank account; setting up cash box for events; distributing money within the departments; collecting funds; assisting travelers in balancing their receipt books; assuring expenditures are in accordance with code balances for item acquisition; keeping the CFO informed as to the balances of internal accounts; preparing payroll and purchasing materials and equipment for departments.


Emile Wagner:
Human Resources and Administration Services

Emile’s professional background includes a degree in Human Resources Management, and Certification as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR). She also has several training and continuing education certifications. Emile is a senior level Human Resources Consultant with extensive industry experience. She has worked as Vice-President, Director, and Consultant in Human Resources for Law, Insurance, Telecommunications, Software Development and Non-Profit Organizations. Emile’s work at Biztant LLC, has been as a Human Resources Generalist focused on the small to medium sized company. Emile specializes in employee relations, performance management, organizational planning, coaching, selection, recruiting, or serving in an interim position. Emile is extremely educated, knowledgeable, experienced and understands cost-effective Human Resources policies and practices.


Elicia de la Torre
Paralegal Services and Administrative Management

Elicia has over 8 years experience in paralegal and administrative services. She assists attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials. Some of her responsibilities include investigating and fact-finding for cases, identifying relevant legal articles, laws and judicial decisions for cases. She also assists in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements. She analyzes and organizes information to produce reports, monitors and reviews government regulations. Elicia also provides administrative support for attorneys in court and at the offices.

Elicia has excellent organizational and logic skills. She also has the ability to multi-task and performs on deadline. In addition to legal services, Elicia has several years experience in administrative management.

Tina Karam
Office Administration

Tina undertakes a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly. She has over ten 10 years experience in office management. Her responsibilities include managing office support staff, staff schedules and monitors office operations. She also assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed. Tina assists in office staff in maintaining files and databases. She prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence. She schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.

Tina serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts. She also assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.

Tina possesses excellent communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal. She works efficiently, accurately and independently. Tina maintains organization and flexibility, and exhibits confidentiality when dealing with staff matters
